What kind of issues does this cover?

This service applies to any technical anomaly that disrupts your website’s performance without rendering it completely unusable. Common examples include:

  • Broken functionality (e.g., non-working buttons, inactive forms, etc.)
  • Layout or display issues on desktop or mobile
  • Error messages visible to users or in your admin panel
  • Plugin/module/theme conflicts after an update
  • Integration issues with APIs, payment gateways, analytics, etc.

Before placing an order, please describe your issue using our support ticket form. This allows us to:
