Payment is made after the intervention in 95% of cases; however, in some cases or when purchasing a package, payment must be made in advance.

For each of your support requests, we study your case free of charge up to a maximum of 30 minutes, during which we will establish the source of your problems in order to establish an estimate.

Issuance of the estimate

Each time we intervene on your sites we establish an estimate, the estimates of 1 hour (the majority of the cases) are automatically accepted, which means that if we think of being able to correct the bug in 1 hour we do it directly.

If we estimate the duration of our intervention to be more than 1 hour, then you will be invited to validate an online quote very quickly, once the quote has been validated by you, we will intervene immediately.

Issuance of the invoice

Once our intervention is completed we will send you a payment link in your support ticket and by email, which once paid via your preferred method of payment, will automatically generate an invoice in your name or in the name of your company.
